The opportunity at Four Seasons lies in the Manager in Training (MIT) program within the Food & Beverage Division, an intensive 12 to 18-month leadership development initiative designed to seamlessly transition hospitality management students or early-career professionals into dynamic operational leadership roles in a luxury hotel setting. The program offers MIT participants comprehensive exposure to various facets of leadership, including rotations through two operational leadership positions aligned with their division choice. Throughout the program, participants are assigned strategic projects, receive mentorship from senior leaders, and benefit from continuous feedback and professional development. The MIT program aims not only to provide critical hands-on experience but also to cultivate strong leadership skills that align with the company’s high standards of luxury service and operational excellence. Job Requirements
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities
- Must be willing to accept assignments on an as need basis to promote teamwork
- Applicants are required to have two to three years previous employment in related positions
- A college degree is preferred
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States

Job Duties
- Contribute to our environment with a positive and friendly attitude
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and proven leadership skills with the ability to make decisions to best serve our guest and employees
- Learn and follow service standards and cultural standards to expertly serve guests with exceptional knowledge of hotel products and services
- Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
- Lead daily shift briefings, ensure all new hires have been properly trained and entered into payroll system according to training manuals, give feedback and coaching to all service staff and communicate progress of training to management
- Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors, maintaining discretion and confidentiality
- Understand Four Seasons' style, practices, culture, terminology, and philosophy and use these principles as guidelines for behavior
- Attend, participate in and occasionally lead meetings or training events
- Comply with Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct
- Complete and understand all line level positions in your respective department
