The Food and Beverage Manager will engage in developing both short- and long-term financial and operational plans, closely aligned with the overall company objectives, to support the growth and success of the restaurant outlet.

Key responsibilities include preparing and managing the annual budget, evaluating the restaurant’s performance through customer satisfaction feedback and financial reporting, and making necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Maintaining high product and service quality standards is crucial, as is implementing and sustaining sales and marketing initiatives to increase revenue. The manager also oversees human resource functions such as employee motivation, training, development, and ensures compliance with wage, benefit, and labor laws.

The role requires a proactive approach to managing physical assets through preventative maintenance programs and maintaining security practices to protect the restaurant assets and ensure the safety of employees and guests. The Food and Beverage Manager fosters effective two-way communication among staff members at all levels and continually develops and implements new initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

This management position offers a competitive salary based on experience, with a salary range starting at $65,000. The hotel provides a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance with Health Savings Account options, company-paid disability and life insurance, an Employee Assistance Program, supplemental benefits, 401(k) with company match, employee discounts, and paid vacation and sick leave. Successful candidates will undergo a background check prior to employment and will have a proven track record in leadership and financial management within the Food and Beverage industry.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years of supervisory experience in Food and Beverage, a bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, or a related field is preferred, although relevant education and experience combinations will be considered.
