This role demands a motivated and outgoing individual who thrives in a lively, fast-paced environment, enjoys interacting with people, and can lead a team effectively. The F&B Manager will work closely with staff and other department supervisors to maintain excellent service levels, resolve any issues related to customer satisfaction and operations, and enforce food safety and alcohol service regulations. Open availability is crucial, especially during nights and weekends, as the entertainment center operates during extended hours to accommodate guests' schedules.

Applicants must be at least 21 years old due to the responsibilities involving alcohol service. Additionally, having a High School Diploma or GED is a minimum educational requirement. The ideal candidate will bring 3 to 5 years of management experience in food and beverage, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or fast-food industries.
