Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant food and beverage management experience
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage labor and operating costs
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of food and beverage management experience preferably in a hotel, resort, or upscale dining environment
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven ability to manage labor and operating costs while maintaining service standards
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and alcohol service regulations
- Proficiency with POS systems and hospitality management software
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Manage and oversee daily operations of all food and beverage outlets including restaurant, bar, room service, and banquet/catering functions
- Ensure all guests receive exceptional and personalized service consistent with hotel standards
- Lead by example and maintain a visible presence during service periods
- Monitor guest feedback and promptly resolve service concerns or issues
- Collaborate with culinary leadership on menu development, seasonal offerings, and special events
- Develop and maintain staffing schedules based on business demands and labor goals
- Monitor and control labor costs, food costs, beverage costs, and operating expenses
- Maintain inventory levels and oversee purchasing of food, beverage, supplies, and operating equipment
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Support hotel-wide initiatives and participate in leadership meetings and special projects
- Foster a positive work environment focused on teamwork, accountability, and professional development
