They will align daily operations with the hotel's broader goals to generate memorable guest experiences, develop high-performing teams, and uphold the hotel’s reputation for excellence.

The Food & Beverage Manager will foster a professional, service-driven culture across all outlets by modeling leadership that embodies hospitality excellence. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations to maintain service consistency and staffing alignment, developing operational strategies for revenue growth, and collaborating closely with culinary leadership to ensure menu quality, presentation, and cost management. This role also involves financial oversight, including managing labor scheduling and analyzing revenue and cost performance to implement necessary corrective measures.

Additionally, the manager will ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, alcohol service, and workplace safety regulations per local and state laws. Leadership duties extend to recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of outlet leadership and team members, as well as collaboration with Sales and Events teams to support group business and promotional activities.

Inventory management, purchasing practices, vendor relations, and cost-control initiatives fall under the responsibilities, alongside addressing guest concerns with professionalism and urgency to maintain service recovery standards. The Food & Beverage Manager also drives guest engagement initiatives, promotional strategies, and community-facing activations to increase outlet visibility while safeguarding company assets and protecting confidential information.

This role requires a strong commitment to professionalism and adherence to hotel standards in both appearance and conduct. It offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a people-first culture that values growth, development, and inclusivity. The employment includes competitive pay, comprehensive benefits with a 25% match for 401(k), generous employee discounts across hotels, restaurants, spa, and retail, complimentary meals during shifts, free employee parking, and ample growth opportunities. If you lead with heart and believe hospitality can make a meaningful impact, Heritage Hotels & Resorts invites you to apply and become part of their family.
