Job Requirements

  • Four-year degree from college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven experience as food and beverage manager in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
  • Culinary operations management experience
  • Strong leadership and team development skills
  • Schedule flexibility to support all food and beverage operation shifts
  • Knowledge of systems, methods, and processes that contribute to great execution
  • Strong culinary knowledge including flavor profiles and food presentation
  • Creative and innovative approach to culinary management
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and HACCP standards
  • T.I.P.S. and ServSafe certification
  • Banquet and catering experience preferred

  • Proven experience as food and beverage manager in a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment

Job Duties

  • Supervise and direct food and beverage associates
  • ensure proper completion of all food and beverage duties
  • coordinate activities of kitchen, banquets, and restaurant
  • maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service, and merchandising
  • maximize hotel profitability
  • ensure professional training of associates in safety and health aspects
  • oversee menu development and cost control
