The company is committed to providing passengers with a sophisticated and seamless lounge experience that embodies their brand promise of 'the perfect start' to every journey. Aspires prestigious lounges are known for their high-quality food and beverage offerings, exceptional guest service, and an environment that caters to the needs of business and leisure travelers alike. Their reputation as a premium lounge provider has positioned them as the ideal employer for talented hospitality professionals seeking to work in a dynamic and fast-growing sector of the travel and hospitality industry.
This exciting Food & Beverage Manager role at Aspire Pre-Flight Hospitality offers a unique opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals to lead the commercial and product strategy for the brand’s expansive food and beverage (F&B) offering. The role requires a passionate individual with commercial acumen, operational expertise, and a strong focus on providing world-class guest experiences. This position holds strategic significance as it supports Aspire’s global expansion ambitions by ensuring excellence and operational efficiency across all lounge sites. The Food & Beverage Manager will oversee the entire lifecycle of F&B products, excluding kitchen-produced meals, and will be responsible for designing and sourcing beverage menus that include wine, spirits, beer, soft drinks, coffee, and tea as well as complementary retail and packaged food offerings that strongly reflect Aspire’s refined brand identity and cater to discerning guest preferences.
This leadership role involves managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving product innovation to maintain the highest standards of quality and cost-effectiveness. A critical part of the role includes overseeing F&B product ordering, inventory management, supplier delivery schedules, and waste minimization to optimize purchasing efficiency. The manager will develop and review brand-consistent Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regularly audit lounge operations to ensure full compliance with licensing legislation and Aspire’s exacting brand standards.
Financial stewardship is a key responsibility, with comprehensive accountability for F&B budgets, especially beverage and non-kitchen product costs. The Food & Beverage Manager will monitor sales performance, analyse reports, and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance the guest experience through seasonal menus and promotional activities. A collaborative approach with cross-functional teams such as procurement, marketing, human resources, and lounge operations is essential to deliver a seamless and innovative F&B service. The role also involves partnership with the Culinary Manager to align strategies and maintain a dynamic seasonal calendar that continually surprises and delights guests.

Candidates with a minimum of five years’ senior management experience, a strong commercial mindset, leadership skills, and proficiency in procurement and inventory management systems will find this role both challenging and rewarding. The position underscores Swissport’s commitment to superior customer service and operational excellence, offering candidates the chance to contribute to a world-class, market-leading lounge experience.
