This thriving park offers a variety of Food and Beverage locations, each designed to cater to diverse tastes and preferences, aiming to create memorable moments through quality service and culinary excellence. The company emphasizes a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, and brand reputation, making it a leader in the leisure and hospitality industry.

This role is specifically centered on managing multiple Food and Beverage locations within the park, reporting directly to the Director of Food and Beverage. It is a managerial position that holds significant responsibility for the success of food service operations. The Food and Beverage Manager will be accountable for overseeing financial performance, ensuring outstanding guest service, managing and developing team members, upholding strict cleanliness and safety standards, and reinforcing brand standards to enrich the overall dining experience. This manager will lead their teams through best practices in recruitment, training, policy enforcement, and performance management, setting a high standard through personal example.

Financial stewardship is a crucial aspect, requiring the manager to evaluate business performance regularly, adjust strategies as needed, and ensure that revenue and profit targets are achieved or surpassed. Additionally, the manager will conduct regular meetings with direct reports to strategize improvements in guest experiences, operational efficiencies, and brand elevation. Leadership development is also a key function, with responsibilities including mentoring, delegation, goal setting, and coaching to support succession planning.

Compliance is strictly enforced in this role, requiring adherence to federal, state, local, and park regulations, as well as health and safety standards. The manager will play a critical part in ensuring successful outcomes in all health department and third-party inspections. Furthermore, the role includes serving as the Park Duty Manager, which highlights the importance of leadership presence and accountability within the park setting.

This managerial role demands flexibility and dedication, as it requires availability during nights, weekends, and holidays to support the operational needs of the park’s Food and Beverage division. The position is well-suited for an energetic, self-motivated professional with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude capable of motivating diverse teams and working collaboratively with multiple departments. If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy leading teams, and thrive in fast-paced, guest-focused environments, this Food and Beverage Manager opportunity offers a rewarding career path with significant responsibilities and the chance to contribute to the success of a premier theme park destination.
