Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in management or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years management experience in food and beverage or theme park operations
  • ServSafe Manager certificate
  • ServSafe Alcohol certificate
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to motivate and lead teams
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • strong organizational skills
  • budget planning experience

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in management or related field or equivalent management experience in food industry
  • 2-3 years experience as theme park supervisor or manager of Food and Beverage Operations or restaurant or multi-unit Food and Beverage Operations
  • strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • professionalism, energy, self-motivation, ability to motivate others, and positive attitude
  • experience supervising large teams and interfacing with all levels of management
  • strong teamwork skills and ability to work productively across various departments
  • strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple operations
  • budget planning experience
  • proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • ServSafe Manager certificate
  • ServSafe Alcohol certificate

Job Duties

  • Practice management by walking around daily to engage with employees and guests
  • manage the overall successful operation of Food and Beverage locations as assigned by the Director
  • ensure highest quality in execution and maintain atmosphere of continual improvement
  • lead financial results by evaluating and adjusting to business needs
  • manage location inventory for quality, accuracy, and safety compliance
  • manage all team members using best practices in hiring, training, setting standards, and enforcing policies
  • conduct regular meetings with direct reports to improve guest and associate experience and operational efficiency
  • build talent through mentoring, delegating, goal setting, and coaching
  • ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and park regulations
  • oversee passing health department and third-party inspections
  • serve as Park Duty Manager
  • enforce all department and park policies
  • perform all other duties as assigned
