Job Description

As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage outlets assigned by the Director. This leadership role requires comprehensive management of daily operations, ensuring the highest quality service and product delivery, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety protocols. You will be accountable for managing financials, including budgeting and achieving revenue and profit targets. The position demands active engagement through daily walks among team members and guests to maintain operational standards and foster strong relationships. Leading a team effectively by hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring is crucial to support a fun and entertaining dining environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory management, compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting brand management initiatives within the park. This role also includes duty as Park Duty Manager, ensuring operational continuity and policy adherence during assigned shifts.

The ideal candidate will bring a background in food and beverage management, preferably within a theme park or multi-unit food service environment, equipped with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Experience in budget planning and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is essential. Flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays is required to meet the needs of the business. Certifications such as ServSafe Manager and Alcohol certificates are mandatory to uphold health and safety standards. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2-3 years’ supervisory or management experience in food and beverage operations
  • ServSafe Manager certification
  • ServSafe Alcohol certification

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in management or related field or equivalent management experience in food industry
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a theme park supervisor or manager of food and beverage operations or restaurant management or multi-unit food and beverage operations

Job Duties

  • Manage all food and beverage locations assigned by the Director
  • practice management by walking around to engage with employees and guests
  • ensure overall successful operation of business units and processes

  • manage inventory for quality, accuracy, safety, and cost optimization

  • ensure compliance with all federal, state, local, and park regulations
  • pass health department and safety inspections
  • serve as Park Duty Manager
