Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage preferably in a hotel or upscale dining environment
- Strong knowledge of restaurant and banquet service standards
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Financial and operational acumen with ability to interpret P&Ls and manage costs
- Excellent communication, guest service, and organizational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets including restaurant, bar, room service, and banquets
- Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house teams to deliver attentive, genuine, and high-touch service
- Partner with the culinary and banquet teams to ensure consistent quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
- Assist in managing labor, inventory, cost control, and P&L performance to achieve financial targets
- Support the development of seasonal menus, promotions, and guest activations
- Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, safety and sanitation regulations, and liquor laws
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
- Serve as Manager on Duty for the food and beverage department during high-volume shifts
