Job Requirements

  • 2-3 years of progressive leadership experience in food and beverage preferably in a hotel or upscale dining environment
  • Strong knowledge of restaurant and banquet service standards
  • Proven leadership and team development skills
  • Financial and operational acumen with ability to interpret P&Ls and manage costs
  • Excellent communication, guest service, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets including restaurant, bar, room service, and banquets
  • Lead, train, and inspire front-of-house teams to deliver attentive, genuine, and high-touch service
  • Partner with the culinary and banquet teams to ensure consistent quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
  • Assist in managing labor, inventory, cost control, and P&L performance to achieve financial targets
  • Support the development of seasonal menus, promotions, and guest activations
  • Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, safety and sanitation regulations, and liquor laws
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care
  • Serve as Manager on Duty for the food and beverage department during high-volume shifts
