Job Duties
- Oversee all food and beverage operations across outlets and events
- Ensure service standards, brand compliance, and operational excellence
- Partner with department leaders to deliver seamless guest experiences
- Manage budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance
- Control labor, food, and beverage costs
- Drive revenue through pricing, promotions, and upselling strategies
- Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
- Create a culture of accountability, engagement, and service excellence
- Coach supervisors and build leadership bench strength
- Maintain high service standards and guest satisfaction scores
- Handle escalated guest concerns and implement service recovery strategies
- Oversee purchasing, inventory, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards
