Scheduling and payroll management also fall under your purview, requiring keen financial acumen to meet budget goals while maintaining staff efficiency and morale. Hiring, training, and supervising service personnel such as servers, bartenders, and cashiers are essential functions, as is facilitating ongoing staff development through pre-shift meetings and professional training.
The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to excellence in hospitality. They will actively represent the Food and Beverage department in client and internal meetings, maintaining an influential presence within the local hospitality community. This role may also require acting as the Manager on Duty during key events, showcasing your capability to handle operational challenges effectively. With an emphasis on flexibility and adaptability, this position calls for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and can respond resourcefully to unexpected situations.
This role demands a significant time commitment, including the ability to work irregular hours such as weekends and evenings aligned with event schedules. A competitive salary is offered, commensurate with experience, alongside a robust benefits package to support your professional and personal well-being.
