Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 4 years experience in food and beverage or culinary professional area
- OR 2-year degree from accredited university in relevant field
- Minimum 2 years experience in food and beverage or related professional area
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to manage budgets and financial objectives
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage laws and regulations
- Ability to handle guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience conducting performance reviews and coaching employees
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food and beverage or related area
- OR 2-year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop and manage budgets
- Experience in coaching and mentoring staff
