Job Duties
- Welcome and interact with all guests
- greet guests and take their orders, entering into POS system and verifying orders
- suggest additional menu items as appropriate
- receive and process payments
- provide directions, event information, and other guest services
- assemble orders according to recipe guidelines
- maintain food safety and sanitation standards
- maintain work area, restock and clean
- ensure food presentation meets quality standards
- replenish food and serving items as necessary
- portion back-up items
- monitor freezer temperatures
- operate equipment safely
