The role of a Guest Service Expert at AC Hotels is crucial in shaping a memorable and unique experience for every guest. This non-management, full-time position is based on-site and offers a competitive pay range of $18.80 to $23.50 per hour, inclusive of tip eligibility. The role requires individuals who can maintain a professional appearance and communication style while adhering to company safety guidelines and protocols. Physical stamina is important as the job involves standing, walking, bending, lifting objects up to 50 pounds, and moving across potentially uneven or slippery surfaces throughout shifts.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent such as a General Educational Development certificate and, although prior food service experience is not mandatory, it is considered a valuable asset.
