Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older (Bakery only)
  • ability to climb ladders
  • able to scan handle and move merchandise up to 44 pounds safely
  • flexible work schedule including nights weekends holidays and peak shopping times
  • ability to work in temperature-varied environments ranging from 34°F to -10°F
  • able to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
  • ability to work in spaces where allergens may be present

Job Qualifications

  • Previous food or grocery experience preferred but not required
  • ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
  • work both independently and with a team

Job Duties

  • Deliver an exceptional guest experience prioritizing guest needs

  • work with vendors to maintain salesfloor displays and organized backroom
  • locate and process damaged recalled or expired items according to policies
  • be knowledgeable about products tools and services to enhance guest experience
  • execute federal state and local adult beverage laws
  • appropriately use and care for protective equipment and follow equipment guidelines
  • demonstrate ethical conduct safety and compliance
  • support guest services such as cashier order pick up and drive up
  • create a welcoming experience by greeting guests
  • engage with guests to solve their needs
  • perform other duties based on business needs
