The role of Food and Beverage Director at Aramark is pivotal in steering the food service operations to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction, financial performance, and operational efficiency. Job Requirements

  • Minimum four years of experience in food and beverage
  • At least one to three years in a managerial role
  • Experience within the food and beverage sector
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proficiency in customer service according to company standards
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with other departments
  • Physical stamina for standing long periods
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds occasionally

Job Qualifications

  • A background of at least four years in the field
  • Experience in a managerial position for a minimum of 1-3 years
  • Experience working in the food and beverage sector
  • Either a bachelor’s degree or an equal amount of relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capability to establish and sustain effective relationships with clients and customers
  • Skillful presentation of outstanding customer service based on Aramark’s prescribed service guidelines
  • Capacity to uphold productive interactions with other units to achieve a seamless dining service atmosphere
  • Must possess the stamina to stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Occasional need to lift transport push and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds
