Job Requirements

  • Minimum of four years experience in the food and beverage industry
  • At least 1-3 years experience in a managerial position
  • Background in food and beverage sector working
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships with clients and customers
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Capability to work collaboratively with other units
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to occasionally lift and transport items up to 50 pounds
  • Stamina to stand for prolonged periods

Job Duties

  • Supervise, advise, involve, and enhance teams to boost their impact, including recruitment, evaluation, education, guidance, and performance oversight
  • Confirm that food offerings comply with the Executional Framework
  • Assist employees in understanding goals and necessary steps through coaching
  • Recognize and reward staff for their hard work
  • Maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • Identify customer demands and communicate operational improvements
  • Embrace Aramark’s processes and systems for efficiency
  • Manage budgetary constraints related to food, beverages, and personnel
  • Complete and oversee profit and loss reports
  • Meet food and labor targets
  • Implement resource management strategies ensuring quality and cost control
  • Enact and maintain Aramark’s labor and food campaign schedules
  • Maximize operational efficiency with cost-effective measures
  • Oversee food production, distribution, and serving
  • Uphold health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Arrange frameworks for purchase, acceptance, warehousing, cooking, distribution, and menu innovation
  • Forecast operational components and manage accounting duties
  • Supervise unit personnel in production processes, merchandising, quality assurance, cost containment, labor supervision, and employee development
  • Recruit, appoint, and retain frontline personnel
  • Conduct scheduled inventory evaluations
  • Maintain records following ARAMARK, governmental, and accreditation guidelines
  • Foster client management relationships and maintain client and customer rapport
  • Participate in sales negotiations and contract discussions
  • Seek innovative solutions to increase sales and client retention
  • Manage customer-facing areas of the restaurant
  • Devise and execute food service plans aligned with client missions, including sustainable practices
