The role of the Food and Beverage Director at Aramark is pivotal for managing and executing strategies that align with the dining needs and preferences of customers. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Minimum four years of experience in the food and beverage industry
  • At least one year in a managerial position
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain health and safety standards
  • Capability to build client and customer relationships
  • Capacity to manage budgets and control costs
  • Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Willingness to stand for long periods

Job Qualifications

  • At least four years of experience in the food and beverage field
  • Minimum 1-3 years in a managerial role
  • Experience in the food and beverage sector
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain effective client and customer relationships
  • Skilled in delivering excellent customer service per Aramark’s guidelines
  • Capable of maintaining productive interactions with other departments
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds
  • Stamina for prolonged standing
