The Food and Beverage Director at Aramark plays a vital leadership role in managing and enhancing the dining services offered to clients. This position is responsible for developing and executing strategies that meet customer preferences and expectations for meal selections. The Director oversees all aspects of food and beverage operations, including staffing, budgeting, compliance, and quality assurance. In this role, the Food and Beverage Director manages client relationships by understanding customer needs and communicating service enhancements effectively. They are entrusted with optimizing financial performance by managing budgets carefully, controlling costs related to food, beverages, and labor, and ensuring profitability through detailed oversight of profit and loss reports. Job Requirements
- Background of at least four years in the food and beverage field
- Managerial experience of 1-3 years
- Experience in the food and beverage sector
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain client and customer relationships
- Skillful customer service based on company guidelines
- Physical ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
- Stamina to stand for long periods

- Recruit, appoint, develop, and retain front-line personnel
- Implement scheduled inventory evaluations
- Adhere to ARAMARK, government, and accreditation policies when maintaining records
