Job Requirements

  • Minimum four years experience in food and beverage
  • managerial experience of 1-3 years
  • experience in the food and beverage sector
  • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • strong communication skills
  • ability to build and maintain effective client and customer relationships
  • ability to provide outstanding customer service as per Aramark standards
  • ability to collaborate with other units for seamless dining service
  • able to lift items up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • stamina to stand for prolonged periods

Job Duties

  • Supervise, advise, involve, and enhance teams to boost their impact, oversee recruitment, evaluation, education, guidance, and performance
  • confirm that food offerings align with the Executional Framework
  • assist employees in understanding goals and steps through coaching
  • show appreciation with rewards and acknowledgment
  • maintain safety and sanitation standards
  • identify customer demands and communicate operational advancements
  • embrace Aramark's processes and systems
  • enhance profit generation while managing budgets for food services, drinks, and personnel
  • complete and manage profit and loss reports
  • meet targets for food and labor requirements
  • implement strategies for resource efficiency ensuring quality and cost control
  • enact and preserve Aramark’s labor and food campaign schedules
  • maximize operational efficiency and oversee profit margins
  • attain conformity with Operational Excellence principles
  • direct operations for production, distribution, and serving of food
  • uphold a healthy and secure environment
  • follow all safety, health, and wage-related policies and statutes
  • arrange and sustain frameworks for purchasing, cooking, distribution, and menu innovation
  • create forecasts and discuss variations
  • handle accounting duties
  • supervise unit personnel coordinating production, merchandising, quality assurance, cost containment, labor supervision, and development
  • recruit, appoint, and foster frontline personnel
  • implement scheduled inventory evaluations
  • adhere to guidelines from Aramark and regulatory bodies
  • foster client management relationships
  • engage in sales negotiations and contract discussions
  • search for innovative solutions to increase sales and retain clients
  • manage customer-facing restaurant areas
  • devise and carry out food service schemes aligned with client mission and vision including environmentally conscious practices
