The role of Food and Beverage Director at Aramark is a vital management position that focuses on the strategic development and execution of dining services designed to meet and exceed customer expectations.   • bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • ability to collaborate with other units for seamless dining service
  • able to lift items up to 50 pounds occasionally
  • stamina to stand for prolonged periods

  • arrange and sustain frameworks for purchasing, cooking, distribution, and menu innovation
  • create forecasts and discuss variations
  • handle accounting duties
  • supervise unit personnel coordinating production, merchandising, quality assurance, cost containment, labor supervision, and development
  • recruit, appoint, and foster frontline personnel
  • implement scheduled inventory evaluations

  • engage in sales negotiations and contract discussions
  • search for innovative solutions to increase sales and retain clients
