Job Requirements

  • Arrange and sustain frameworks for purchase, acceptance, warehousing, cooking, menu innovation
  • Create forecasts for operational components and handle related accounting
  • Ensure sanitation and safety measures
  • Supervise personnel in coordination of production, merchandising, quality assurance, cost containment, labor supervision, employee development
  • Enlist, appoint, foster, and preserve front-line personnel
  • Implement scheduled inventory evaluations
  • Maintain records adhering to guidelines
  • Foster client and customer rapport
  • Participate in sales negotiations and contract discussions
  • Search for innovative solutions to increase sales and client retention
