Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field, or 10+ years of food and beverage management experience
- Five years at the director's level preferred
- Ability to obtain SERV Safe certification
- Ability to obtain a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License
- Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming authority licensing
- Proven leadership experience managing multiple departments and teams
- Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Lead and coordinate all food and beverage operations to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction
- Establish and manage short- and long-term performance, revenue, and profit objectives
- Assist in menu development and evaluation across all outlets
- Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
- Determine and maintain appropriate staffing levels across departments
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and quality standards
