Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field, or 10+ years of food and beverage management experience
  • Five years at the director's level preferred
  • Ability to obtain SERV Safe certification
  • Ability to obtain a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required gaming authority licensing
  • Proven leadership experience managing multiple departments and teams
  • Strong financial acumen including budgeting, cost control, and forecasting
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Lead and coordinate all food and beverage operations to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction
  • Establish and manage short- and long-term performance, revenue, and profit objectives
  • Assist in menu development and evaluation across all outlets
  • Address guest concerns and feedback promptly and professionally
  • Determine and maintain appropriate staffing levels across departments
  • Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and quality standards
