Job Requirements
- Background of at least four years in the food and beverage field
- Experience in managerial position for one to three years
- Experience working in food and beverage sector
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to establish and sustain client relationships

- Ability to collaborate with other units
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Supervise and develop teams to enhance performance

- Maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Identify customer needs and communicate operational updates
- Oversee financial performance and manage budgets
- Prepare and manage profit and loss reports
- Implement strategies to meet food and labor targets
- Manage production, distribution, and serving of food
- Maintain compliance with safety, health, and wage laws
- Coordinate purchasing, inventory, and menu innovation
- Manage front-line staff recruitment and training
- Conduct scheduled inventory checks
- Foster client and customer relationships
- Participate in sales negotiations and contract discussions
- Manage customer-facing areas
- Develop and execute food service plans aligned with client missions
