- At least four years of experience in the field
- Experience in a managerial position for a minimum of 1-3 years
- Experience working in the food and beverage sector
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to establish and sustain effective relationships with clients and customers
- Skillful presentation of outstanding customer service based on Aramark’s prescribed service guidelines
- Capacity to uphold productive interactions with other units to achieve a seamless dining service atmosphere
- Ability to lift, transport, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds
