Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum one to three years of managerial experience
- At least four years of food and beverage industry experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain client and customer relationships
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift items weighing up to 50 pounds
- Commitment to comply with safety, health, and labor laws
- Ability to work collaboratively with teams

Job Duties
- Supervise, advise, involve, and enhance teams to boost their impact
- Confirm that food offerings are in line with the Executional Framework
- Assist employees in understanding goals through effective coaching
- Show appreciation to staff for their efforts
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards
- Identify customer demands and communicate operational advancements
- Embrace Aramark’s processes and systems for efficiency
- Enhance profit generation while managing budgets
- Ensure completion and management of profit and loss reports
- Meet targets for food and labor requirements
- Implement resource management strategies for quality and cost control
- Enact and preserve schedules for labor and food campaigns
- Maximize operational efficiency and oversee profit margins
- Oversee food production, distribution, and serving operations
- Uphold a healthy and secure environment for all
- Follow safety, health, and labor regulations
- Arrange frameworks for purchase, cooking, distribution, and menu innovation
- Forecast operational components and handle accounting duties
- Supervise unit personnel in production, merchandising, quality assurance, and cost containment
- Recruit, appoint, and develop frontline personnel
- Implement scheduled inventory evaluations
- Maintain records according to guidelines
- Foster client management relationships
- Participate in sales negotiations and contract discussions
- Search for innovative solutions to increase sales
- Manage customer-facing restaurant areas
- Devise and carry out food service schemes aligned with client missions
