  • Create forecasts for operational components and manage accounting duties
  • Ensure appropriate sanitation and safety measures
  • Supervise and organize unit personnel in production, merchandising, quality assurance, cost containment, labor supervision, and development
  • Enlist, appoint, foster, and preserve front-line personnel
  • Implement scheduled inventory evaluations
  • Maintain records in line with ARAMARK, government, and accreditation guidelines
  • Foster relationships with client management
