Job Requirements
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
- At least four years of professional experience in food and beverage
- Previous management experience for at least 1-3 years
- Proven experience in the food and beverage industry
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combined experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Ability to provide excellent customer service per company standards
- Capability to collaborate with multiple departments
- Physical ability to lift heavy items occasionally
- Capacity to stand for long hours
Job Qualifications
- At least four years of experience in the food and beverage field
- Minimum of 1-3 years in a managerial position
- Experience working in the food and beverage sector
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to establish and sustain effective relationships with clients and customers
- Skillful presentation of outstanding customer service based on Aramark’s service guidelines
- Capacity to uphold productive interactions with other units for seamless service
- Occasional ability to lift, transport, push, and pull items up to 50 pounds
- Stamina to stand for prolonged periods
Job Duties
- Supervise, advise, involve, and enhance teams to boost their impact, including recruitment, evaluation, education, guidance, and performance oversight
- Confirm that food offerings are in line with the Executional Framework
- Assist employees in understanding goals and steps to accomplish them through coaching
- Show appreciation to staff for their hard work with rewards and acknowledgment
- Maintain safety and sanitation standards across all operations
- Identify customer demands and communicate operational advancements
- Embrace processes and systems utilized by Aramark for efficiency
- Enhance profit generation while overseeing budget constraints for food, drinks, and personnel
- Ensure completion and ongoing management of profit and loss reports
- Meet targets for food and labor requirements
- Implement strategies for resource efficiency, quality, and cost control
- Enact and preserve Aramark’s schedule for labor and food campaigns
- Maximize operational efficiency, implement cost-effective measures, and oversee profit margins
- Attain conformity with Operational Excellence principles
- Direct operations for production, distribution, and serving of food
- Uphold a healthy and secure setting for clients, customers, and staff
- Follow all relevant policies, regulations, and statutes including safety and wage laws
- Arrange and sustain frameworks and methods for purchasing, acceptance, warehousing, cooking, distribution, and menu innovation
- Create forecasts for operational components and manage accounting duties
- Ensure appropriate sanitation and safety measures
- Supervise and organize unit personnel in production, merchandising, quality assurance, cost containment, labor supervision, and development
- Enlist, appoint, foster, and preserve front-line personnel
- Implement scheduled inventory evaluations
- Maintain records in line with ARAMARK, government, and accreditation guidelines
- Foster relationships with client management
- Participate in sales negotiations and contract discussions
- Search for innovative solutions to increase sales and retain clients
- Manage customer-facing areas of the restaurant
- Devise and carry out food service schemes aligned with client mission and vision, including environmentally-conscious practices
