Key aspects of the role include overseeing café setup and breakdown for daily service and special events, managing equipment maintenance and work order tracking in collaboration with Facilities and vendors, and ensuring that break rooms are stocked, labeled, and maintained according to company standards. The coordinator will also monitor vendor performance to maintain high service quality and assist with budget tracking to optimize operational costs. Compliance with health department regulations and environmental health and safety standards is a critical part of this position, requiring continuous attention to documentation, permits, and inspection readiness.

This role is ideal for candidates with a minimum of three years of experience in food and beverage operations or related hospitality fields, who possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. The Food & Beverage Coordinator must also demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across diverse stakeholder groups within the company. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel, is necessary to support vendor coordination, reporting, and operational planning.

Preferred qualifications include experience in corporate, biotech, or high-growth environments, familiarity with work order systems, basic facilities coordination skills, and bilingual capabilities in Spanish and English. This is a full-time, onsite position that offers an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our company’s food and beverage service excellence and employee experience.
