Job Duties
- Develop and execute a seasonal and intentional bar program
- build and maintain long-term relationships with members, serving as their primary point of contact
- oversee the team training and role-modeling excellence to the team
- maintain and analyze P&L for bar and beverage service
- represent the club at external events, networking functions, and private gatherings
- lead and mentor membership team members, fostering a culture of excellence and discretion
