Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cashiering or related food and beverage service
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems
- Ability to work varying hours including weekends and banquet events
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in cashiering or food and beverage service preferred

- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems
- Basic math skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible hours including banquet event schedules
Job Duties
- Greet and acknowledge guests upon check-out from dining outlet
- Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests including cash, credit/debit cards, gift certificates and cards
- Ascertain guest satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns, enlisting a supervisor if necessary
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- Handle monetary transactions including making change
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all transactions
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operation of the dining outlet
