Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Recent experience in food service and cash handling preferred
- Must be at least 18 years old
- No felony, theft, or stealing convictions
- Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screening
- Must pass background investigation
- Must obtain and maintain gaming license
- High energy and motivated personality
- Knowledge of dining and food maintenance operations and customer service
- Knowledge of Arizona Title 4 Liquor Laws and enforcement
- Knowledge of cash handling
- Knowledge of restaurant menu and pricing
- Knowledge of POS system
- Knowledge of internal controls
- Ability to obtain Food Handler's card
- Ability to obtain TIPS certification
- Ability to pass cash handling training
- Ability to pass departmental testing
- Ability to communicate, read, and write in basic English
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service
- Ability to work under stressful and busy conditions
Job Qualifications

- Experience in food service point of sale and cash handling preferred
- Knowledge of dining and food maintenance operations and customer service
- Familiar with Arizona Title 4 Liquor Laws and alcohol service enforcement
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of restaurant menu, bar items, liquors, and pricing
- Familiar with POS systems
- Understanding of internal controls and compliance
- Ability to obtain Food Handler's card
- Ability to obtain TIPS certification
- Ability to pass cash handling and departmental tests
- Effective communication skills in English
- Ability to demonstrate outstanding guest service
- Ability to follow instructions and work in high-pressure environments
Job Duties
- Operate cash register and properly tender transactions
- Balance cash register receipts, guest checks, and gratuity sheets
- Familiarize self with discounts offered
- Train new team members
- Maintain clean and orderly register area
- Communicate effectively with team members and maintain positive work environment
- Provide customer service as needed
- Complete side work assigned by supervisors
- Restock work areas and sweep floors
- Assist in efficient, cost-effective restaurant operations
- Demonstrate courtesy and respect to guests
- Follow standard service techniques consistently
- Adhere to Arizona Title 4 Liquor Laws and internal controls
- Serve guests promptly and courteously
- Respond to guest requests
- Maintain outgoing personality
- Monitor guest intoxication and follow procedures
- Know information about food, beverage, and casino promotions
- Contribute to team effort
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service
- Travel between casino properties as needed
- Maintain proper attendance
- Assume additional duties as assigned by management
