Job Duties
- lead and support front-of-house team to maintain high service and hospitality standards
- provide attentive, personalized guest service and handle concerns with professionalism
- coordinate with kitchen, bar, and management to ensure smooth service flow
- execute and support wine and sake service, including proper presentation and timing
- maintain organization and stock of wine cellar, sommelier stations, and service areas
- monitor inventory levels, assist with ordering, and communicate low or 86'd items
- oversee liquor and wine inventory management, including monthly inventory counts and weekly ordering
- train and guide staff on menu knowledge, wine pairings, and service standards
- ensure dining room cleanliness, setup, and adherence to grooming standards
