Job Description
The Acosta Group is a leading global commerce agency renowned for its comprehensive services in sales brokerage and merchandising across various industries. With a commitment to excellence and innovation, Acosta Group supports a wide range of clients by providing strategic solutions that drive business growth and customer engagement. The company prides itself on fostering a dynamic, collaborative work environment that encourages professional development and the integration of diverse skill sets. Known for its high standards and dedication to client success, the Acosta Group continues to be a preferred partner for businesses seeking to enhance their market presence and operational efficiency.
As a Food and Beverage Barista with the Acosta Group, you will be uniquely positioned at the intersection of culinary craft and administrative expertise. This hybrid role offers more than just the opportunity to create delicious specialty beverages such as smoothies and juices; it equally emphasizes meticulous financial management and administrative support critical to the smooth operation of a major sales brokerage. You will be the face of the specialty beverage bar, delivering high-energy customer service while simultaneously managing vital behind-the-scenes processes.
Your responsibilities will involve crafting high-quality drinks while ensuring compliance with strict health and quality standards. Beyond the beverage bar, you will utilize advanced digital tools like Microsoft Excel, Acosta Sprint, and other client financial software to organize, update, and audit promotional data. Accuracy in handling financial data and promotional "trade spend" accounts is essential, as you will be responsible for reconciling client orders and ensuring that promotional pricing and marketing goals are met efficiently.
The role demands a high degree of precision, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively with both teammates and corporate clients. You will play a crucial role in launching new products by inputting accurate pricing and descriptive data into public databases, supporting merchandising campaigns, and contributing to various administrative projects that bolster the company’s operational success. This position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 and an engaging work environment that blends culinary service with professional office responsibilities, making it a perfect fit for individuals who thrive in multifaceted roles.
