Job Description

Acosta Group is a leading global commerce agency dedicated to helping brands connect with their customers through exceptional sales and marketing solutions. Known for its dynamic and innovative approach, Acosta Group combines cutting-edge technology with seasoned industry expertise to deliver tailored strategies that drive growth and enhance customer engagement. As a pivotal player in the consumer goods industry, Acosta thrives on fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and professional development, making it an ideal workplace for individuals who aspire to grow their careers in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

The role of Food and Beverage Barista at Acosta Group presents a unique and exciting opportunity that blends the artistry of beverage preparation with critical administrative responsibilities. Unlike traditional barista positions, this hybrid role calls for a professional who is as comfortable crafting high-quality smoothies, juices, and specialty food items as they are managing precise financial data and promotional client records. You will be the face of Acosta's specialty beverage service, delivering top-tier customer experiences while simultaneously supporting the operational backbone that keeps the sales brokerage running smoothly.

Your day-to-day duties will involve meticulously preparing drinks and food items adhering to rigorous quality and health standards, ensuring every customer enjoys a superior tasting experience. On the administrative side, you will leverage digital tools like Acosta Sprint and Microsoft Excel to organize, update, and audit vital client documentation, promotional trade spend accounts, and financial records. Your attention to detail will be essential as you reconcile discrepancies and confirm accuracy in promotional pricing and financial claims related to client orders.

This position demands a high level of precision, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your role will also extend to facilitating the launch of new products by entering accurate pricing and descriptive information into public databases, supporting the marketing team's efforts to promote these products effectively. Additionally, you will assist with various administrative projects tied to large-scale merchandising campaigns, showcasing flexibility and teamwork.

Acosta Group offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $17.00 to $20.00, reflecting the importance and multifaceted nature of this role. Beyond compensation, you will enjoy the unique blend of working in an environment that balances culinary creativity with professional business support functions. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, skilled in data management, and eager to contribute to a high-performing sales brokerage, this position offers a distinctive career path to develop and thrive.
