With a strong commitment to excellence and professionalism, the organization prides itself on fostering a dynamic and supportive work environment where employees can thrive both personally and professionally. The company’s expansive network and client-centric approach enable it to maintain its position as a leader in the sales brokerage and marketing fields, offering diverse opportunities for career growth and development.

Joining the Acosta Group as a Food and Beverage Barista presents a unique and exciting opportunity to blend culinary artistry with essential administrative functions that support a major sales brokerage. This hybrid role is designed for individuals passionate about crafting exceptional specialty beverages and food items, like smoothies and juices, while possessing strong organizational and financial management skills. The Food and Beverage Barista will serve as the face of the company’s specialty beverage service, engaging customers with high-energy interaction and ensuring every offering meets the highest quality and health standards.

In addition to front-line service, the role demands meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in various digital tools such as Acosta Sprint and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing promotional data and maintaining accurate client documentation to support the company’s sales and marketing initiatives. Key duties include auditing promotional trade spend accounts, resolving discrepancies, verifying promotional pricing accuracy, and facilitating product launches by managing pricing and descriptive data in public databases.

This position requires a high level of precision in handling financial data, strict adherence to project deadlines, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication with teammates and corporate clients. Offered as a competitive hourly position, the Food and Beverage Barista role ranges from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour and provides the opportunity to work within a leading global commerce agency. Employees can expect to benefit from a dynamic work environment that balances culinary creativity with professional office skills, fostering both personal satisfaction and career advancement potential. This unique blend of responsibilities makes the role an excellent fit for candidates aspiring to contribute meaningfully to both customer experience and the operational success of a major sales brokerage.
