Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Three to five years of experience in data management or administrative support preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in data management or administrative support, though we warmly welcome recent graduates with relevant internship backgrounds

Job Duties
- Expertly craft a variety of smoothies, juices, and specialty food items, maintaining strict quality and health standards
- Utilize digital tools like Acosta Sprint and Microsoft Excel to organize and update vital client documentation
- Manage the lifecycle of promotional events within client financial software to ensure marketing goals are met
- Audit promotional trade spend accounts, resolving any discrepancies or alerts to keep financial claims balanced
- Review incoming customer orders to verify that promotional pricing has been applied correctly
- Facilitate the launch of new products by inputting accurate pricing and descriptive data into public-facing databases
- Lend a hand with various administrative projects to ensure the success of large-scale merchandising campaigns
