Job Description

The Acosta Group is a globally recognized leader in commerce servicing, specializing in sales brokerage with a focus on connecting leading brands to their customers through innovative promotional strategies and impeccable service. With a broad presence and a commitment to excellence, the Acosta Group places a strong emphasis on both customer experience and operational precision. This balance allows them to maintain an outstanding reputation in the market, offering dynamic career opportunities that blend the culinary arts with cutting-edge administrative operations.

As a Food and Beverage Barista at the Acosta Group, you will become a vital part of their specialty beverage service, where your role extends beyond just crafting great drinks. This position is uniquely designed for individuals who appreciate the fine art of juice bar craftsmanship but also have a flair for detailed administrative and financial responsibilities. You will serve as both a friendly face to customers and a key team member managing critical backend processes that keep the brokerage running efficiently.

In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for expertly crafting a variety of smoothies, juices, and specialty food items while ensuring that all quality and health standards are adhered to strictly. At the same time, you will manage the organizational and financial aspects of promotional events using digital tools such as Acosta Sprint and Microsoft Excel. Your sharp attention to detail will be essential in auditing trade spend accounts, resolving discrepancies, and verifying customer orders for accurate promotional pricing. This multifaceted role requires a unique blend of hands-on beverage service and high-level administrative proficiency.

The Acosta Group values precision, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving skills, and you will be expected to represent these values in every interaction, both with the clientele and the internal team. This position offers competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 per hour, providing not only financial rewards but the opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment that combines the best of culinary service and corporate operations. Whether you come from a hospitality background with a passion for customer interaction or carry a strong aptitude for data management and office productivity, this position promises a stimulating career pathway in a globally respected commerce agency.
