Job Description

The Acosta Group is a leading global commerce agency recognized for its commitment to delivering exceptional marketing, sales, and merchandising solutions for a diverse range of clients. With a proven track record of excellence in retail services and a dynamic approach to combining culinary craft with administrative precision, the Acosta Group fosters a vibrant work culture that values professionalism, innovation, and teamwork. They offer a stimulating environment where employees are encouraged to develop their skills and contribute meaningfully to the company’s success. This company is well-known for blending the intricate demands of a sales brokerage with the seamless execution of marketing campaigns to support its clients’ growth objectives across multiple retail channels.

As a Food and Beverage Barista at the Acosta Group, you will occupy a unique hybrid role that balances the art of crafting specialty beverages with the critical administrative tasks that keep a major sales brokerage operating efficiently. This position goes beyond the traditional barista duties by requiring you to manage financial and promotional data with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring client records are impeccably maintained and reconciled. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the company’s promotional efforts, using digital tools and software such as Acosta Sprint and Microsoft Excel to manage client documentation and marketing event databases.

The role demands a meticulous attention to detail, especially when auditing trade spend accounts and verifying that promotional pricing is correctly applied to customer orders. You will also be tasked with facilitating the launch of new products by ensuring that all pricing and descriptive data presented in public-facing databases are accurate and up to date. Beyond these responsibilities, you will provide vital administrative support to merchandising campaigns, helping to coordinate large-scale projects that drive sales growth. Your contribution as a Food and Beverage Barista will directly impact the success of the client’s marketing strategies and the overall operational excellence of the Acosta Group.

This position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $17.00 to $20.00 and promises a dynamic work environment where culinary service meets professional office skills. It is an excellent opportunity for candidates who thrive in fast-paced, multi-faceted roles and are passionate about combining customer service excellence with sharp data management capabilities. Embracing the dual nature of this job will allow you to develop a diverse skill set, from beverage crafting expertise to advanced administrative proficiency. Working with the Acosta Group means being part of a forward-thinking company that values every team member's role in delivering superior client service and achieving ambitious financial and promotional objectives.
