Job Description

Acosta Group is a leading global commerce agency known for delivering innovative sales and marketing solutions that help brands grow and succeed in competitive markets. The company specializes in bridging the gap between manufacturers and retailers through comprehensive trade marketing, merchandising, and data analytics services. With a strong commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, Acosta Group fosters a dynamic, fast-paced work environment that thrives on collaboration, precision, and innovation. The agency’s reputation as a trusted advisor and partner in the commerce industry attracts professionals who are driven by opportunity and growth, and who strive to make a substantial impact in their roles.

As a Food and Beverage Barista with Acosta Group, this unique hybrid position combines the art of crafting specialty beverages with essential back-office functions that support the efficiency and success of major sales brokerage activities. The responsibilities stretch beyond the juice bar counter, involving meticulous handling of promotional data and ensuring clients’ financial records are accurately reconciled. The position demands a strong balance of hands-on customer interaction and detailed-oriented data management skills.

The professional stepping into this role will become an integral part of the Acosta team, representing the brand through exceptional service while managing critical data that directly influences marketing and sales outcomes. Crafting high-quality smoothies, juices, and specialty food items will engage the barista’s culinary talents, while their administrative acumen will ensure smooth handling of promotional trade spend accounts and client documentation. This role offers a competitive hourly wage between $17.00 and $20.00 and presents a dynamic work environment blending culinary craft with corporate precision. Candidates who excel at multitasking, problem-solving, and communication will find this position rewarding, with opportunities to contribute to impactful merchandising campaigns and client financial integrity.
