Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 21 years or older
- nights and weekend availability
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- capability to bend stretch twist climb and have flexibility in small spaces
- ability to lift or move up to 100 pounds with assistance
- willingness to work in a noisy and busy entertainment environment
- excellent customer service orientation
- experience with POS systems preferred
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

- ability to operate POS register and handle cash transactions
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Operates POS register for food and drinks including bar register when directed
- prepares food and beverage items utilizing the policies and standards of the company
- resets and bus the food court seating area
- washes and dries dishes glasses and other cooking food prep utensils
- conducts all opening and closing procedures including cash tills and kitchen cleaning
- manages food and beverage inventory by the store's policies and procedures
- maintains proper temperature for refrigerators and freezers
- manages plates cups and other utensil inventory by store policies and procedures
- conducts restroom checks and cleaning including laundry of rags
- responds responsively and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers' requests
- occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes
- occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and lends out facility and equipment such as karaoke billiards darts ping pong
- occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and issues cards and credits for arcade
- other duties and responsibilities assigned by store management
- conducts alcohol and age restriction control by company policies
- conducts lost and found procedures by company policies
- seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes
- complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures
- responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area
