The available position at Round One is critical to the successful operation of the Food and Beverage Department and overall guest experience. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting a dynamic and diverse entertainment environment that includes bowling, arcade games, karaoke, and more. The position demands an energetic individual who is comfortable working nights and weekends and is 21 years or older due to alcohol handling responsibilities. The successful candidate will operate POS registers, prepare food and beverage items according to company standards, and maintain cleanliness and order throughout multiple areas of the facility such as the food court, restrooms, and general gaming areas.
Attention to detail, adherence to health and safety regulations, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a noisy and bustling entertainment center are essential. Tasks include managing inventory of food, beverages, plates, cups, and utensils, as well as conducting opening and closing procedures for the establishment. The role also involves engaging with customers in a polite and responsive manner, facilitating payments for games, bowling lanes, and facility rentals, and supporting operational needs as assigned by management. The work environment requires physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance.

Job Duties
- Operates POS register for food and drinks including bar register when directed
- prepares food and beverage items utilizing the policies and standards of the company
- resets and bus the food court seating area
- washes and dries dishes glasses and other cooking food prep utensils
- conducts all opening and closing procedures including cash tills and kitchen cleaning
- manages food and beverage inventory by the store's policies and procedures
- maintains proper temperature for refrigerators and freezers
- manages plates cups and other utensil inventory by store policies and procedures
- conducts restroom checks and cleaning including laundry of rags
- responds responsively and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers' requests
- occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes
- occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and lends out facility and equipment such as karaoke billiards darts ping pong
- occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and issues cards and credits for arcade
- other duties and responsibilities assigned by store management
- conducts alcohol and age restriction control by company policies
- conducts lost and found procedures by company policies
- seeks constant improvement or more efficient and less expensive ways and means in department work processes
- complies and maintains confidentiality of all company policies and procedures
- responsible for maintaining a clean and safe working area
