The Food and Beverage Associate at Round One is a crucial role responsible for supporting the operations within the Food and Beverage Department. Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED, experience in entertainment or hospitality industries preferred, bar experience a plus, strong customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, good communication skills, ability to handle cash and POS systems

Job Duties

  • Operates POS register for food and drinks, prepares food and beverage items according to company standards, resets and buses the food court seating area, washes and dries dishes and utensils, conducts opening and closing procedures including cash till management, manages food and beverage inventory, maintains proper refrigerator and freezer temperatures, manages plate, cup, and utensil inventory, conducts restroom checks and cleaning, responds politely and promptly to customer requests, follows lost and found procedures, conducts alcohol and age restriction control, seeks process improvements, maintains confidentiality of company policies, ensures a clean and safe working area
