Job Duties

  • deliver top-notch hospitality in a team-oriented setting
  • wait on tables, take orders, set and buss tables
  • assist with dishwashing, food preparation, and maintaining cleanliness
  • complete all shift duties including stocking, POS entries, and dining room arrangement
  • know every menu item and special to confidently answer diners’ questions
  • record mealtime transactions according to Civitas policies and procedures
  • interact with residents and guests and respond to their dining needs
  • ensure compliance with sanitation, food handling procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • follow all food and beverage protocols and procedures in alignment with our mission
