Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food service operations preferred
  • Ability to become certified with TABC and Texas Food Handlers within two weeks of hire
  • Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Ability to operate cash register and POS systems
  • Adherence to City policies and safety guidelines

Job Duties

  • Greets customers, takes orders, picks up dishes, and cleans tables
  • Assists in food preparation and cooking
  • Stocks, controls product inventory, and operates concessions area
  • Serves food and beverages to customers
  • Sanitizes high-touch surfaces
  • cleans dining room, food prep areas, grill, and kitchen equipment
  • Assists with tournaments and private events
  • Maintains accurate records of sales through the proper operation of the cash register and point of sale (POS) system
  • Operates POS terminal to input customer orders, receives, and processes credit card or cash payments, and enters amount received
  • Adheres to attendance policy
  • ensures punctuality for assigned shift
  • Follows City policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Performs other duties as assigned
