The role of Guest Service Host F&B is integral to the smooth operation of Lucky Strike Entertainment’s food and beverage services.   • Ability to work in a loud environment with flashing lights
  • Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays when needed
  • Food Handlers Card for California and Florida team members

Job Duties

  • Maintain the daily operation of the operation
  • Assist guests as needed
  • Provide excellent guest service by answering questions
  • Prepare/sell food items
  • Restock items as needed
  • Must remain up to date on all current specials and promotions of the facility
  • Assists in merchandising functions as needed
  • Cash handling functions including POS system and registers
  • Ensures high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service in work areas
  • Completes opening or closing checklists as required
  • Other duties as assigned
