The position available is for a Food and Beverage Attendant at the Residence Inn Seattle South Renton. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food service and delivering excellent guest experiences. As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be key in ensuring guests enjoy a memorable dining experience that supports their productivity and well-being while away from home. The role demands attentiveness, hospitality, and the ability to anticipate and meet guest needs through exceptional service. You will be responsible for food preparation, buffet maintenance, and overall cleanliness within the food service areas. This position requires collaboration with other departments to uphold the hotel’s service goals and enhance guest satisfaction.

The Food and Beverage Attendant role requires standing and physical activity throughout the shift, including lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds. Basic verbal and written communication skills are needed, as well as the ability to read and write clearly. While prior food handling or fast food experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Candidates must be able to obtain a Food Handler's Permit, with some locations requiring an Alcohol Server’s Permit. Job Duties
- Prepare food items, prep, stock and maintain the buffet
- offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests
- proactively assist guests with eye contact and a warm greeting
- wash dishes, clean the kitchen and maintain daily checklists and temperature logs
- assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items
- support the goals of the hotel through teamwork and collaboration with all departments
