Job Requirements

  • Available to work various shifts, holidays, and weekends
  • Reach overhead and below knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
  • Able to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 pounds without assistance
  • May require background and drug screening

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Communicate assistance needs during busy periods to manager on duty
  • Notify manager if product does not meet specifications
  • Check and ensure correctness of temperatures of appliances and food
  • Monitor quantity of food prepared and portions served
  • Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish
  • Serve food in proper portions onto proper receptacles
  • Set-up, clean, and break down workstation
  • Wash and disinfect kitchen area including tables, tools, knives, and equipment
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking including portioning, chopping, and storing
  • Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables
  • Prepare and cook food
  • Operate ovens and microwaves to prepare foods
  • Follow and ensure compliance with food safety and handling policies
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate their needs
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly
  • Contribute to team goals
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures
