The role of Food and Beverage Associate within Cirque du Soleil represents an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about hospitality and customer service. This position is a part-time, temporary, and seasonal role with a competitive pay rate of $17.00 per hour. The Food and Beverage Associate will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to guests during Cirque du Soleil shows running from April 8th, 2026, to May 9th, 2026. This position requires availability from Wednesday through Sunday, with shifts starting either in the morning from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM or in the afternoon from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM, with shift variations possible.

This role involves various responsibilities, including serving customers, managing cash registers, preparing and serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and order in the concession area. Associates will also facilitate closing inventory and cleaning duties, ensuring the concession stands operate smoothly before, during, and after shows. Success in this role requires a high level of customer service skills, the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced and sometimes noisy environment, and maintaining a professional appearance with a welcoming attitude. Candidates are expected to be physically capable of standing for long hours and frequently moving up and down stairs during their shifts.

Job Requirements

  • must have at least 2-3 years of customer service experience
  • must have a great attitude and personality for guest interaction
  • must be able to communicate in English
  • physically able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
  • availability Wednesday through Sunday during show dates
  • able to arrive with required dress code (black shirt, pants, shoes with no logos)

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years experience in concession stand or food and beverage service

Job Duties

  • Serve customers and manage cash registers
