Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Must have open availability or be available for closing shift (3pm-3am)
- Must be 21 years of age or older to handle alcohol
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Physical ability to bend, stretch, twist, climb, and work in small spaces
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs with assistance
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in entertainment or hospitality industries preferred but not required
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs with assistance
- Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- Operates POS register for food and drinks including bar register when directed
- Prepares food and beverage items utilizing the policies and standards of the company
- Resets and bus the food court seating area
- Washes and dries dishes, glasses, and other cooking/food prep utensils
- Conducts all opening and closing procedures
- Manages food and beverage inventory by the store's policies and procedures
- Maintains proper temperature for refrigerators and freezers
- Manages plates, cups, and other utensil inventory by the store policies and procedures
- Conducts restroom checks and cleaning including laundry of rags
- Responds responsively, and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers' requests
- Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes
- Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and lends out facility and equipment including karaoke, billiards, darts, ping pong
- Occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and issues cards and credits for arcade (AM)
- Other duties and responsibilities assigned by Store Management
