The position being offered is integral to the Food and Beverage Department at Round One Entertainment. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the overall operational efficiency of the food and beverage segment. This position involves the management of point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions for food, drinks, and various entertainment services including bowling lanes, karaoke, and the arcade. The role requires a collaborative approach to preparing food and beverage items in compliance with company policies and hygiene standards. Additionally, the incumbent will be responsible for resetting and cleaning dining areas, maintaining inventory controls for food, beverages, plates, cups, and utensils, and ensuring that equipment like refrigerators and freezers are properly maintained.
Candidates will be expected to handle cash operations, conduct opening and closing procedures, and perform general cleaning duties, including restroom maintenance and laundry of cleaning rags. A keen attention to detail and a friendly attitude toward customer interactions are essential. Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Operates POS register for food and drinks including bar register when directed
- prepares food and beverage items utilizing the policies and standards of the company
- resets and buses the food court seating area
- washes and dries dishes, glasses, and other cooking/food prep utensils
- conducts all opening and closing procedures including cash tills and kitchen cleaning
- manages food and beverage inventory by store policies and procedures
- maintains proper temperature for refrigerators and freezers
- manages plates, cups, and other utensil inventory by store policies and procedures
- conducts restroom checks and cleaning including laundry of rags
- responds responsively and politely with a friendly demeanor to customers' requests
- occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and allocate bowling lanes
- occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and lends out facility and equipment such as karaoke, billiards, darts, ping pong
- occasionally operates POS system to collect payments and issues cards and credits for arcade
- performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by Store Management
