Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum two years of food and beverage experience
- minimum two years previous supervisory experience
- ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
- ability to write reports and business correspondence
- ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
- flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate
- must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the general public
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- associates degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- minimum two years of food and beverage experience
- minimum two years previous supervisory experience

- mathematical ability to handle common computations including rate, ratio, and percent

- proficiency in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from diverse audiences
Job Duties
- Responsible for supervising an F&B outlet and managing daily operations for a designated shift
- create effective and efficient schedules while maintaining labor costs and staffing objectives
- assist in the budget process and provide recommendations ensuring compliance with departmental budget initiatives
- promote and demonstrate superior customer service and resolve issues
- enforce gaming laws and regulations relevant to the Food & Beverage Department
- maintain and develop food service procedures and inspect menu items for satisfaction
- assist in maintaining cost control by monitoring inventory and consistent pars
- support the F&B Outlet Manager in ensuring sanitary and pleasant service
- assist with administrative duties as assigned
- ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and report potential issues
- maintain strict confidentiality in all departmental and company matters
- manage staff development and training programs
- implement rewards and recognition programs to maximize employee engagement
- evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback
- recommend staffing needs including interviewing, hiring and scheduling
- manage workflow and expedite work procedures
