Job Requirements

  • experience with food and beverage operations in a hospitality environment
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure
  • certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid are preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including overtime
  • excellent customer service orientation
  • capability to work with budgets and payroll management

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of a 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience
  • 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • supervisory experience preferred
  • proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
  • strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • ability to manage staff performance and foster team collaboration

Job Duties

  • deliver exceptional guest service and maintain a warm, friendly demeanor
  • anticipate and resolve operational issues proactively
  • communicate effectively with guests and staff
  • manage payroll and adhere to budgetary constraints
  • utilize technology for operational reporting
  • motivate and coach food and beverage staff
