The company prides itself on fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and innovation, making it a sought-after employer in the hospitality industry. Its dedication to quality and guest-centric service allows it to maintain a competitive edge in a dynamic market, positioning it as a top choice for professionals seeking a rewarding career in hospitality.
Joining Aimbridge Hospitality as a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager means embracing a critical leadership role where you will oversee multiple Food & Beverage (F&B) outlets such as Room Service, Lounge, and Banquets. This position is designed for an energetic and detail-oriented manager who is passionate about delivering friendly, attentive, and efficient service. The role requires a keen eye for detail to maintain compliance with budgetary restrictions for payroll and overhead costs while actively working towards increasing sales revenues. As a Food & Beverage Assistant Manager, you will be an integral part of the team, ensuring that each guest's dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.
This is an overtime-eligible manager position, meaning you will be recognized for extra hours worked beyond the standard schedule. The role involves supervising and motivating F&B personnel, fostering a team environment that prioritizes guest satisfaction, and upholding the high standards expected by Aimbridge Hospitality. Effective communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you will need to anticipate operational challenges and respond proactively to maintain smooth, seamless operations across all F&B outlets.
Proficiency with technology such as Windows operating systems, spreadsheets, and word processing software is necessary for managing critical reporting and operational tasks. Moreover, a strong financial acumen is required to handle departmental payroll and budgeting responsibilities effectively. The ideal candidate will be adept at coaching and performance management to ensure employees consistently adhere to company policies and deliver superior service levels.
