Job Requirements

experience with food and beverage operations in a hospitality environment
supervisory experience preferred
ability to handle high-pressure situations with composure
certifications such as Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid are preferred
ability to work flexible hours including overtime
excellent customer service orientation
capability to work with budgets and payroll management

Job Qualifications

minimum of a 2-year college degree with 3 or more years of related experience or a 4-year college degree with at least 1 year of related experience
5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
supervisory experience preferred
proficiency in Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office
strong problem-solving and communication skills
ability to manage staff performance and foster team collaboration
